If you are having trouble viewing pages or images on my sites, please check out the following possibilities:

  1. If you use Norton Internet Security, Norton Firewall, Symantec Desktop Firewall, or Zone Alarm Pro, please read this for help. If you use Norton Firewall 2004:
    1. Select the "Privacy Control" option in Norton Firewall
    2. Select Advanced
    3. Click Add Site
    4. Add www.globalgaysites.com
    5. Click OK
    6. Select www.globalgaysites.com from the list of sites
    7. Click on it and select Permit under the option Information About Visited Sites
    8. Click OK

But if you use Norton Security 2005, the only option I have found is to disable Norton altogether until you are logged in. To do this, when you arrive at the GMPass "redirect" screen:
    • Click on the Norton Security icon in your task bar at the bottom of the screen. The following menu shows up, and you click on "Disable Norton Internet Security."
    • The following box opens up with the default at "5 minutes." Click on "OK."
    • Once the "inside" page has loaded, you can turn security back on by clicking again on the Norton Security icon in your task bar. From the menu (see below), click on "Enable Norton Internet Security."

  2. Try both the regular links (which open a new window) and the green AOL Users links. I have had experiences where visitors' ISPs have added their own firewall protection to their servers and only the AOL users links work after that, otherwise you get re-directed to advertising.

  3. If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, ensure that the Language selected is "English United States." Verify this in "View/Internet Options/Languages." ["Languages" is a box at the bottom of the "General Options" window.] If it is not set correctly, click on the Add button and select English United States then save and exit from the Internet Options function.

  4. If you are using Windows XP, it activates its firewall everytime you set up a new internet connection. This firewall prevents your browser from passing it's referring URL. Videos, Galleries and Magazines use this information to determine that you are eligible to view the content . Without the information, you will be refused access to the content.
To temporarily disable Windows XP's firewall edit the Network Connectings default connection properties and select the advanced tab. Uncheck the Internet Connection Firewall box and you should be able to access content as usual.

  5. Are you from Asia or another part of the world that (typically) gets redirected to advertising by freehosts? If so, I'm sorry but I am unable to help you.

If none of the above information helps you, please contact GMPASS and describe the problem you are having.

Use your browser's "back button" to return to the previous screen.
